Workshop #2    Friday November 4th   1 PM  to 5 PM

The Relationship Between Root Cause Analysis and Lean

0.4 RU Credits

Root Cause Analysis is, by far, the most important process of improving any management

system. Root Cause Analysis is also the most important part of Lean and yet, it is such an

infrequently stressed topic in most Lean training classes. And yet, we must ask, why don’t we

understand that all the great Lean tools such as 5S, Quick Changeovers, Value Stream Mapping, Total Productive Maintenance, are only system solutions to Root Cause Analysis.

Only $60
